Home Affairs Minister Clement Rohee on Wednesday said that six hand-held breathalyzers have arrived in the country for the Guyana Police Force (GPF).
His disclosure was made in a letter to Stabroek News responding to an editorial in the February 13th edition that had queried how the ministry had not been aware that there were only three functioning breathalyzers in the country when it has issued a press release in January referring to the purchase of 18 of the machines between 2010 and 2013.
