A Linden auto salesman last evening died when he lost control of his superbike trying to overtake a car on the Kara Kara Bridge in Linden.
Dead is Lloyd Smith, also known as Junior Stoby, a resident of Silvertown, Region 10.
Stabroek News understands that Smith was heading to Amelia’s Ward, around 9:30pm, when he attempted to overtake a car and slammed into a truck.
According to reports the truck had only one headlight. Smith had one child and was engaged to be married sometime this year.
