The Guyana Water Incorporated (GWI) is offering to restore water service to customers who had been disconnected free of cost, once they have started repayments, particularly via the company’s ‘Wallet Friendly Payment Plans.’
GWI said its inspectors will be visiting areas where it recently conducted its disconnection campaign to distribute letters urging customers to make use of the recently launched ‘Operation Reconnect’ facility which will allow them to reconnect their service without penalty fees.
