Juliana Nicholas, a serving member of the Guyana Police Force (GPF) for 13 years, was yesterday released on bail after she denied that she uttered a forged document to gain credit from the Police Consumers’ Society.
The 36-year-old woman was accused of uttering the document with a forged signature of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Salena Marshall to the Police Consumer Cooperative Society Limited between October 1 and October 3, 2013. The document was allegedly uttered to Sergeant Shelly Cole Douglas with the intent to defraud.
The woman pleaded not guilty when given the chance to do so
