Two old men, charged with break and enter and larceny of a Bourda Green stall yesterday had their bail reduced by Magistrate Geeta Chandan Edmond in Court 10 at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts.
The aged duo, Constance Crandon and Ken Ricky, whose personal information was not given allegedly broke into the unnamed stall in Bourda Green on April 6.
The prosecutor requested a further date to file statements because the ones in hand were improperly prepared. The two were placed on bail reduced from $5,000 to $3,000 because they were having trouble coming up with the sum. They are expected to return to court on April 22.
