Today, Quest International will host the inaugural “Arrival Day T20” Tournament at the Enmore Community Development Centre Ground commencing at 9:00 hours.
The tournament will feature four teams, two from East Coast Demerara and two from Georgetown competing for over $100,000 in cash and prizes.
The two East Coast teams are Enmore Cricket Club and Lusignan Cricket Club while the Georgetown teams are Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) and a Combined XI.
Some of Guyana’s leading T20 players will be involved in the matches which will commence with Enmore tackling Lusignan from 9:00 hours.
Players the likes of Leon Johnson, Christopher Barnwell, Paul Wintz, Robin Bacchus, Steven Jacobs and Sheik Mohammed among many others will once again be exercising their T20 skills.
Children under 12 will be allowed to enter free of charge.
