Residents living along the areas from Kurukuru to Laluni farmlands, Region 10 may soon have smoother travels and access to their farms as bids for the construction of a $230.7M all-weather access road were yesterday opened.
With the procuring entity being the Agriculture Sector Development Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Lot 3 of the Caribbean Development Bank project saw tenders received from six companies.
The bids were opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board, Main and Urquhart streets, Georgetown.
The companies and their respective bids are shown in the table below.
