An auto sales clerk appeared in Court Ten yesterday charged with unlawful assault causing actual bodily harm.
The police report read that on May 3, Kurt Lachish walked up to Wayne Phillips on Railway Street, Kitty and told him that he talks too much then dealt him cuffs to his face which resulted in injuries.
Lachish, 33 lives at lot 11 Railway Street, Kitty and is a bond clerk.
He was placed on self-bail by Magistrate Geeta Chandan-Edmond, bonded to keep the peace and is expected to return to court on May 12.
