(Jamaica Gleaner) – An elderly woman who was reportedly on her way to visit her daughter for Mother’s Day died yesterday on board a Caribbean Airlines flight destined for Barbados from Trinidad and Tobago.
Her name has not been released.
It is reported that the woman complained of chest pains, prompting flight attendants to enquire if there were any medical professional on board.
According to one passenger, she was pronounced dead a short time later by a doctor who was on the flight.
It is believed that the woman lived in Trinidad and Tobago and was on her way to St Martin to visit her daughter for Mother’s Day.
