The police say they are investigating the murder of Davanand Daniels, 37 years, of Moblissa, Soesdyke/Linden Highway, which occurred at about 1645h. yesterday.
Investigations have revealed that Daniels and another man were involved in an argument during which he was struck to his head with a piece of wood. He succumbed while receiving medical treatment at the Mackenzie Hospital.
The suspect has not yet been arrested, police say.
