On May 22, the students of the David Rose special school did the opening sequence for the annual skip-a-ton. Digicel’s contribution made it possible for the school to participate in the skip-a-ton for the very first time, a release from Digicel said today.According to the hearing impaired lecturer at the school Janel Bishop, it was very entertaining for the students to be part of the competition, “they were accustomed to sitting and watching the festivity, but to actually be part of the activity was very exciting, some of the students are still dancing. We would like to thank Digicel for making it possible for us to participate in this event”, she said in the press releaseReceiving the cheque from Digicel’s Advertising Manager Alexis Crawford-Langhorne is Snr. Mistress (ag) Karen Jackson-Lindie as students watch on.
