Windies slump to crushing defeat

KINGSTON, Jamaica,  CMC – West Indies suffered a humiliating defeat in the first Test here today, as New Zealand crushed them by 186 runs inside four days at Sabina Park to claim only their second ever win in the Caribbean.

Seven persons held over porn discs

Yesterday afternoon, the police conducted a raid in the Stabroek Market area, George-town, during which some 631 pornographic discs were seized and five men and two women who were engaged in selling the discs were arrested.

Aurora Gold Project now fully funded
