A Warlock Alley resident is in a critical condition after he was shot twice by a relative in the area late last night.
The young man, said to be in his early twenties, was unidentified up to press time.
Stabroek News was told that he was involved in a dispute with another relative when he was shot at around 10pm.
He was subsequently rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital for treatment and remained there up to press time.
He sustained two wounds; one to his back and abdomen.
Relatives, when approached, refused to speak about the shooting.
