BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, CMC– West Indies Under 19 pacer Preston McSween blasted a match winning half century to help Premix and Precast Yorkshire beat Ince Transport MTW by 81 runs in the Barbados Cricket Association’s Sagicor General Super Cup Championship at the weekend. Playing at the Pine Basin, Mcsween scored 83 runs to engineer a late order revival as Yorkshire, struggling at 100 runs for 8 wickets, recovered to reach 257 all out in 46.4 overs.
He then returned with the ball to capture three wickets to complete an outstanding all round performance.
McSween was scheduled to return to Grenada over the weekend due to the break in the BCA competitions to accommodate the West Indies vs New Zealand test match.
He leaves for St.Lucia next week for a training stint with the Zouks Franchise team ahead of the start of the second edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL)
