A Fort Ordnance businessman, Collin Caesar yesterday appeared before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus on a charge of rape.
The allegation stated that the 47-year-old on the 19 of May 2014 at Fort Ordnance engaged in sexual penetration with a 14-year-old female. Caesar was not required to plead to the indictable charge after it was read him. He was admitted to bail in the sum of $175,000 and is expected to return on the 18th of July 2014 for statements and fixture.
