Two cousins who believe that they were the targets of a driver who hit them on Saturday evening, leaving both men injured, remain hospitalised even while the accused driver is back out on the road.
Michael Anderson, 23, and his cousin, Clovis Drepaul, 18, both of Mibicuri South, Black Bush Polder, Corentyne were injured on June 29 at about 7pm as they made their way home.
The driver implicated in the accident is known to both men and the injured are puzzled as to what may have aggravated such an attack.
From his bed at the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH),
