Bygeval Secondary defeated Buxton Secondary by a 2-1 margin when the Digicel National Secondary Schools u-18 football tourney continued on Monday at the Victoria Community ground.
Kelvin James opened the scoring for the winners as he found the back of the net in the 28th minute. Ezequiel Prince would level the score line for the Buxtonians as he etched his name on the scorers’ sheet in the 58th minute.
However Bygeval Secondary would retake the lead as Rafael Bovell found the go-ahead winner three minutes later compliments of a penalty kick conversion, following a foul within the penalty area.
