Senseis Paul Ignatius and Troy Bobb steered the Guyana Harpy Eagle Martial Arts Academy to second place in the just-concluded Trinidad Amateur Champion-ships held on that island nation on July 5 and 6.
Junior black belt Rayson Gill copped second place in both the Kata and Weapons category while Ignatius kicked his way to first place in the sparring format. He also placed second in the Kata and fourth in Weapons.
Meanwhile, Bobb out-sparred his competitors to win first place in the Kata category and second place in the Weapons.
Ignatius lauded the support given by his sponsors Jai Signs, Parts Plus and Kings Jewellery.
