ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, CMC – A city magistrate yesterday committed newly appointed At-torney General Steadroy “Cutie” Benjamin to face trial on October 1 on allegations of passport fraud.
The prosecution has also been ordered to disclose all evidence to the defence within 21 days.
