After admitting to an attempt to lob a quantity of marijuana into the Camp Street Prison compound, a young Albouystown man has joined the ranks of its inmates.
Devon Nedderman, 22, of 58 Hill Street, Albouystown, copped to a charge that on August 9, at Georgetown, he had 250 grammes of cannabis in his possession.
After the reading of the charge at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts, Nedderman, a labourer, told Magistrate Ann McLennan that he was guilty with explanation. When given a chance to explain himself, however, he said he did not want to say anything.
