Dear Editor,
At 8.45 am we rang the Guyana Water Authority customer service number provided, 227-8701, and informed the receptionist yesterday morning, Wednesday, August 27, that no water was in the taps here in Success village again.
She informed me that “to date and time, we have not received the work sheet to inform us that customers in that area are without water.” Then before we could reply or say ‘thank you’ the call was terminated.
Amazed, I told my friend and he said, “Wonderful customer service, take it or leave it, maybe rigor mortis has finally taken its toll on GWI.”
