(Jamaica Observer) KINGSTON, Jamaica — Veteran West Indies batsman Guyanese Shivnarine Chanderpaul will represent St Kitts & Nevis against Bangladesh in three-day match starting tomorrow, August 30 at Warner Park in St Kitts.
Chanderpaul, a guest player on the St Kitts & Nevis team, is the most capped West Indian in Test matches playing some 156 Test matches.
The 40 year old, since his debut 20 years ago has scored 11,414 runs, including 29 centuries, at an average of 51.88, according to West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) data.
Bangladesh will play the first Test in the tour of the West Indies starting Friday, September 5 to Tuesday, September 9 at Arnos Vale in St Vincent.
The second test in the series is scheduled for Saturday, September 13 to Wednesday, September 17 at the Beausejour Ground in St Lucia.
