Dear Editor,
Mr Khan’s complaint which was published in the August 27, 2014 issue of the Stabroek News under the caption ‘GT&T billing system not functioning efficiently in Essequibo’ was read and recorded. GT&T regrets Mr Khan’s service experience and our officers did apologize to the customer for any inconvenience suffered.
The competent officers are currently addressing Mr Khan’s concerns with a view to arriving at a mutually satisfactory and amicable resolution.
