Golden Jaguars Captain Walter Moore said yesterday that despite the lack of international experience of some members of the squad, the main objective is to qualify for the second round of the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Championships.
Speaking in an exclusive interview prior to departing for St. Kitts and Nevis, the FC Vostok fullback (a club from Oskemen, Kazakhstan) said: “The guys came together and set a goal which is to qualify out of the group. That’s the main goal to get through to the second round. It is possible, nothing is impossible, football is on the day, it’s about who wants it more on the day.”
The Golden Jaguars will open their campaign on Wednesday against Dominica. They will then faceoff with St. Lucia on Friday in their second fixture and end their campaign two days later against the host nation.
