At about 1230h. today, the police say that farmer Balkissoon, 52 years, of Helena No. 2, Mahaica, ECD, was involved in an argument with another man on Middle Walk Dam, Helena, during which he was chopped to his neck.
He was taken to the GPHC where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
