The Guyana Defence Force Cessna 206 yesterday crashed upon landing at Camp Jaguar at New River at 13:50 hrs.
None of the persons on board was injured, a statement from the GDF said yesterday. It provided no information on the state of the aircraft.
A Board of Inquiry (BOI) into the incident has been mandated, and the BOI team is travelling to the location today.
Further details will be provided on the completion of the BOI, the GDF said.
