West Indies batsman Leon Johnson, who recently became the 300th cricketer to play for the West Indies in the 500th test match played by the regional side, was last night honoured by the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) following his debut against Bangladesh in the second test in Gros Islet, St Lucia September 13-17.
Johnson, who at 16 made his first class debut for Guyana, has played club cricket for GCC.
