Wind Jammer Hotel and Industrial Supplies Limited teamed up yesterday and threw their weight behind reigning Mr. Guyana Kerwin Clarke.
During a simple ceremony at the Wind Jammer establishment, its CEO Carey Griffith along with owner of Industrial Supplies, Noel Lancaster flexed their corporate muscle by presenting Clarke with monetary sponsorship ahead of his upcoming international duty.
The nation’s premier amateur bodybuilder will compete at the 42nd CAC Bodybuilding Champion-ships in St.Maarten next weekend.
“I’m happy for this kind gesture and I applaud Carey and Mr. Lancaster for their support” Clarke said yesterday.
The two-time CAC bronze medalist also mentioned that when he hits the stage he will be of posing and flexing his award winning physique with intentions of finishing on the top of the podium.
In brief comments, Griffith stated that he is “always grateful to be a supporter of disciplines” and wished Clarke success on his sojourn.
Along with Clarke, Guyana will be represented by Alisha Fortune, former Mr. Guyana, Devon Davis and US-based Bruce Whatley.
