A heated argument at Baracara, Canje River, Berbice turned tragic early this morning after a man was shot dead with a 9 mm pistol.
The dead man has been identified as Dhanraj Basdeo called `Wabble’ of Canefield, Canje, Berbice.
Police officials in `B’ Division have confirmed that Basdeo was fatally shot around 12:30 am and that the shooter is still being sought.
