Dear Editor,
We have grown accustomed of hearing how airlines leave passengers stranded, how late they are, and how often flights are cancelled. However, allow me to compliment how punctual and professional the management and staff of Fly Jamaica were when I recently flew on their airline. The overall service was commendable from check in to landing and we left before our scheduled departure, which allowed us to arrive earlier, giving us more time to enjoy Guyana. Our return experience went the same.
So let’s not only hear about the negative, highlight some positives.
