On Tuesday, the new Assistant Commissioner of National Registration (ACNR) of the Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM), Mr. Nolan Jervis, took his oath of office at a simple swearing in ceremony held in the chambers of Chief Justice (ag) Ian Chang.
