The committee of Flex Night International will host a briefing on Saturday at the Guyana Olympic Association’s headquarters in Kingston from 15:00hrs.
The meeting, which is for competitors, coaches, gym managers and media representatives for their December 7 fixture, will deal with a myriad of topics. They include pre-judging procedures, prizes and the format also appropriate attire for both male and female bodybuilding events.
During Saturday’s five-week countdown, athletes and gym managers will also receive their Flex Night registration forms and other relevant information relating to their participation in the December event set for the National Cultural Centre. They will also be able to make enquiries regarding Flex Night International 2014.
This year’s Flex Night event was officially launched on September 30 when gym owners, sponsors and the media were hosted at the Herdmanston Lodge.
Flex Night 2014 climaxes the year of bodybuilding activities in Guyana and will bring together male and female athletes from gyms in Georgetown, East and West Demerara, Linden and Berbice as well as from three countries overseas.
This year’s edition will feature for the first time the Men’s Physique segment along with the customary, Mr. Flex Night, Ms. Bikini and Ms. Best Legs categories.
