After the success of the just-concluded Guyana Softball Cup 4, the
Georgetown Softball Cricket League Inc., will be looking for similar success when it stages a T20 competition.
According to Samuel Kingston, a top softball player and former table tennis star, the Organizing Committee of the GSCL will stage the President’s Cup T20 Competition.
The competition will be played in two categories Open and Masters and will be open to the first six teams to register in each category.
Entrance fee is $50,000 per team and the winning team is set to cart off $300,000 with $100,000 for second place in both categories.
Entries close November 10 and the competition will get underway November 15.
