A high level delegation from the Government of Norway visited Guyana and met with Donald Ramotar, President of the Republic of Guyana, the Minister of Natural Resources and the Environment, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and officials from the Office of the President over the forest partnership between the two countries. The Mission also saw engagements with the agencies under the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment, including the Guyana Forestry Commission (GFC), a statement from the Ministry of Natural Resources said.
