A mid-morning vehicular accident between a route 44 minibus and a motor car on Railway Embankment at Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara yesterday, has left some 10 persons injured.
According to eyewitnesses around 10:30 hrs, the minibus BKK 2243 was heading east while the car PKK 6721 was heading in the opposite direction, the car then proceeded to take a right onto School Street, Mon Repos and collided with the minibus causing the bus to fall on its side. The car subsequently ran into a Guyana Power and Light post.
