At about 1230h. today police say it was observed by staff that a building in the NARI Compound, Mon Repos, ECD, had been broken into.
The Human Resources Manager Wylock Sahadeo went to check and was confronted by three men, one of whom was armed with a firearm and who discharged a round hitting Sahadeo to his neck, resulting in a grazed wound. The men managed to escaped, police say.
Sahadeo is receiving medical attention at a private hospital.
