The police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding an incident that occurred at about 1730h. yesterday in a home at D’andrade Street, Kitty, during which Devon Howell, 20 years, of Da Silva Street, Kitty, was shot and injured to his neck.
Howell is in hospital receiving medical treatment.
