Dear Editor,
I read with sadness that Eileen Cox has died.
I was honoured to work with Ms Cox at the Electoral Assistance Bureau, where her calm manner helped soothe many a tense moment even while encouraging our increased wisdom in thought and action.
A tireless, charming, humble, selfless and honest woman, her death is Guyana’s loss.
Goodbye Eileen. Thanks for being the example we need.
