I have been an old age pensioner since August of 2013 with the following particulars: ID 141644251, 5942/ R03 – 00384 – 13/ OAP, Persaud Moti / 310.
All of this information was submitted to the GPL branch at Anna Regina, Essquibo Coast on January 29, 2014 along with photocopies of my birth certificate, ID card, pension order book, transport, etc, yet I cannot receive my subsidy for the electricity I use.
I am a pre-paid customer. I would like to know if I am entitled to the subsidy or not, or if I have to wait until the election date is announced and the President will visit and share out the subsides as in the case of the ‘Because We Care’ school vouchers, because the year is almost finished; it is now the 26th day of November, 2014.
