The inaugural Health 2000 Guyana Incorporated Girls Primary Schools Pee Wee football event continues today with nine matchups at the Ministry of Education ground on Carifesta Avenue.
With only three matches contested on the last matchday due to the rainfall, the affected teams will be playing an additional fixture. The schools that will be playing two matches are Enterprise, South Ruimveldt, Smith Memorial, St. Pius, St. Margaret’s and Stella Maris.
In the opening matchup at 10:00hrs, Smith Memorial Primary will tackle Stella Maris while South Ruimveldt will oppose Enterprise Primary from 10:45hrs in the second fixture.
The third matchup of the day at 11:30hrs will witness St. Pius Primary locking horns with St. Margaret’s whilst West Ruimveldt and North Georgetown will match skills in the fourth fixture at 12:15hrs.
In the fifth programmed encounter at 13:00hrs, South Ruimveldt Primary will oppose St. Pius Primary. The sixth matchup will see Smith Memorial facing off against Tucville Primary from 13:45hrs.
F.E. Pollard will then oppose Stella Maris from 14:30hrs in the seventh encounter whilst South Ruimveldt will faceoff with St. Pius in the eighth fixture from 15:15hrs. The final fixture of the matchday will then witness Enterprise engaging St. Margaret’s from 16:00hrs.
