Starting on Monday, the National Library will host a photographic exhibition, ‘Time of Remembrance’ in honour of late Chief Librarian Gillian Thompson.
According to a press release from the National Library, the exhibition, which will also be formally launched on Monday, will run until Saturday, December 20. The venue is the lobby of the National Library Conference room.
Thompson died on Christmas Eve last year, when the vehicle she was in was hit by a car whose driver had ignored the major road warning at North Road and New Garden Street.
