NCN spreads Christmas cheer to Palms

 The National Communications Network (NCN) brought smiles to the faces of many senior citizens as goodies were delivered to them, including hampers, at a special Christmas programme at the Palms Geriatric Home, Brickdam, on Friday, GINA said.
