Dear Editor,
Shoppers and those preparing for Christmas in the city were greeted with heavy rainfall on the eve of Christmas Eve, and if this continues we can be certain of a wet Christmas of torment.
This is thanks to central government which is denying the agency responsible for the maintenance of Georgetown, money, and worst of all, the right and opportunities to manage the capital.
