Shut tight: The tightly locked multi-million-dollar building that sits at the corner of Robb and Wellington streets remains uninhabited. Initial construction works began since early 2012 and it appeared to have be completed months ago. A manager attached to the Discount Store on Regent Street said that they are not ready to use the new facility as yet. The young lady declined to give her name and refused to offer any other comment.
