Getting trim in the garden!

With the holiday season over, we are left with some extra pounds and lots of fat to burn. Some of us will be looking at our diets to try and get trim again. A good place to start is in the garden. Sounds amazing? Well it’s true; instead of working out at a gym, you can work out in your garden.

 

Where to start? All you need to do is spend at least half an hour or one hour in the garden. Try raking up the grass and dry leaves
