Dear Editor,
We have heard spin from the head of IAST on bio-diesel and exploring for oil on the Corentyne, and now we have old firewood technology for boilers supplemented by costly briquette bagasse. This move seems to be going backwards enhancing fireside technology rather than efficient gas or electric technology for the boilers.
