National tennis player Shemar Britton is the champion of the inaugural South View Tavern (SVT) Knockout Tennis Challenge which was hosted on Tuesday at the entity’s location at Aubrey Barker Road, South Ruimveldt.
The 16 year old Britton was outstanding throughout the night winning five games on his way to the summit. He defeated his national counterpart Stefan Corlette three games to none to claim the title. Britton won those sets comfortably, registering scores of 11-6, 11-5 and 11-8.
