Matchday two of the inaugural Greatest Guinness of the Streets West Demerara edition will continue today at the Pouderoyen Tarmac from 19:00hrs with the eight fixtures.
In the opening group-A matchups, Brothers United will oppose DeKenderen United in the evening’s curtain raiser while Golden Stars will battle Vergenoegen All-Stars from 19:30hrs.
At. 20:00hrs, Patentia Street Ballers will oppose Demerara Speedboat in theopening group-B affair while Majie Street will lock horns with Raiders in the second fixture of the group at 20:30hrs.
Group-C will then take centre stage at 21:00hrs as Young Warriors will battle West Side Ballers while the final matchup within the section will witness Jetty opposing Showstoppers from 21:30hrs.
The final two fixtures of the night will witness group-D action as Uitvlugt will oppose Admiral United from 22:00hrs and Den Amstel will engage Showtime from 22:30hrrs.
Winners of the event will receive $300,000 and the championship trophy while the second place side will collect $150,000 and the runners-up accolade. The third and fourth place finishers will collect $100,000 and $75,000 respectively.
