The Guyana Jaguars will recommence their preparations for the resumption of the Professional Cricket League (PCL) Regional four-day tournament with a three-day practice match at the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) Ground, Bourda.
The Jaguars who are atop the point’s standings with 57 points, will use this match as a warm-up as they prepare to face second place Jamaica from February 6 at Sabina Park. Some 29 players have been shortlisted to participate in the practice match.
There is one notable omission, that of all-rounder Steven Jacobs who is currently recovering from an injury he sustained whilst fielding in the NAGICO Super50 final against Trinidad and Tobago Sunday.

The release added that during the course of the match, the players will simultaneously benefit from the availability of the Demerara Cricket Club ground for specific individual and group exercises.
Play is scheduled to commence at 10:00 each day and shall consist of all applicable four-day Regional Match rules.
