Two men were on Sunday morning rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital after a stabbing at Parika, East Bank Essequibo.
Abdul Mohamed, 30, sustained one stab wound while the other man, Travis Chase of Lot 15 Stewartville Housing Scheme, West Coast Demerara (WCD) has sustained three.
According to a police source, one of the men is currently admitted at the institution and his condition is listed as critical, while the other was treated and sent away. The source added that no one has yet been held.
Further investigations are ongoing.
